                        TEACHERS DAY CELEBRATION

Samcholing school celebrated Teacher's Day on May 2nd,2025. Yearly Bhutan highlights the day as a show-casting gratification for all the dedications of teachers. The event attended by the students, teachers, and community member, aimed to emphasize the importance of teachers and the birth-anniversary of his highness 3rd Druk Gyalpo. Samcholing family happily celebrated the teachers day in MP-hall. 

The celebration began with the national anthem and proceeded with the lighting of butter lamp, and the cake cutting ceremony. Tshering Tenzin(games councilor) gave welcome speech, highlighting the student's gratification to the teachers. the program was anchored by Sowhan Rai of X'A' and Pema Rangdrol(culture counsellor). The program continued within unique cultural dances, games, and other activities coordinated by all other councilors.

Students cheered with laughter of joy and the teacher's danced energetically with the excitement and laughter. Maximum of the students presented Teacher's with the colorful gifts. All the students and the teachers were happy and were filled with lots of joy. 

Ecstatically, the program ended with a thanksgiving speech by Choki Wangchuk of X'B' and lunch break. the day marked its beauty with teachers' significance on students. A day to be cherished and smile back at times.
